General Information

Hotel Check-In
The VIP treatment continues in 2010! All LUXURY by JCK participants can check in at the designated registration area in the Palazzo Registration area. Look for the exclusive signage of LUXURY by JCK at the Palazzo & Venetian check in counters.

Please refer to the Exhibitor Hotel Reservation Tab for the Hotel reservation form as well as additional information regarding your check-in process.

IMPORTANT LOCATIONS FOR 2010

• LUXURY Salon Collections will be located on the 5th floor in the Palazzo Ballroom.
• Event Registration will be located outside the Palazzo Ballroom on the 5th floor.
• The Breakfast Events will take place on the 4th floor in the Marcello Ballroom.

Event Registration
LUXURY Event Registration will be located outside the Palazzo Ballroom located on the 5th floor. Event Registration will be open during the following hours:

All LUXURY badges must be validated at Event Registration before gaining access to any of the LUXURY events. Please refer to the Exhibitor Badge Information Tab for the Exhibitor Badge Request Form and additional information on Exhibitor Badges.

LUXURY by JCK Exhibitor Survey
As part of your participation in LUXURY by JCK, you are required to complete the LUXURY by JCK Exhibitor Survey. The survey is our way of collecting information on all the retailers at LUXURY by JCK in order to determine who is invited to LUXURY by JCK the following year and which retailers qualify for platinum upgrades. It is in the best interest of your retail customer to complete this survey. Please make sure to complete your survey as accurately and thoroughly as possible. Look for your survey packet in your salon on Tuesday morning before the show opens. We will require your completed survey by the deadline date in order to consider you for participation in LUXURY by JCK 2011.

Salon Exhibit Hours
The Salon exhibit hall will be open for showing on the following dates and hours:

LUXURY by JCK closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 3. All suites must remain open until that time.

In-Room Deliveries
Exhibitors are not allowed to distribute any in-room deliveries to retailers. This is not allowed through LUXURY by JCK or through the Venetian Hotel.

Salon Set-up
Salon set-up will commence on Sunday, May 30th at 12:00 pm in the Palazzo Ballroom on the 5th floor of the Venetian Hotel. All exhibitors must have their badges prior to set up. Signage will be posted outside of the ballrooms directing you to Registration as well as to the LUXURY Ballrooms.

Security Information
The Salon Exhibit Hall area is only open to participants with proper credentials. Security Personnel will man the entrances to and from the Salon Exhibit Area as well as patrol inside the Salon Exhibit Area. For your protection it is mandatory that badges be worn at all times (including evening events). All ancillary service providers will be identified by color coded wrist bracelets indicating “LUXURY by JCK Show”. Our service providers will be checked in and out of Salon Exhibit Hall on a daily basis. We will have a separate color wrist band for each event day.

Vault Access
Vault access during move-in is available in Vault Room A of the LUXURY Ballroom area for Exhibitors in salons 100-650 and Vault B of the LUXURY Ballroom area for Exhibitors in salons 700-1231. Vaults will be open 24 hours a day for checking in merchandise starting Sunday, May 30th at 9:00 am through Thursday, June 3rd at 7:00 pm.

* We strongly encourage you to stop by the Vaults between 9am and noon on Monday May 31st, to check the shipping manifests to ensure your merchandise has arrived. Please refer to the Vault Tab for additional Vault, Armored Car Transportation and Security information.

For your convenience we have also included a form in this kit for you to rent an in-salon safe. Many exhibitors find an in-salon safe to be a much more convenient alternative to the vaults, and we encourage you to consider this option. Please refer to the Vault/Security section for the safe rental form.

Concierge Lounge
Our LUXURY by JCK Concierge Lounge will provide the following amenities: daily newspapers, fax and copy machine, beverages, snacks and citywide resort information. The Concierge Lounge will be located on the exhibit floor in the Palazzo Ballroom and will be open on all four event days and set up day.

Press Room
The Press Room will be located on the 2nd floor of the Venetian Hotel & Resort in Veronese Ballroom 2501 on the second floor. The Press room will be open the following dates and hours:
